Joel is an ICG Local 600 Camera / Steadicam Operator who is resides in Brooklyn, New York.
He grew up in Singapore where he started his film career working his way up through the Camera Department
before finding his passion in Camera Operating with Camera Stabilizers and Remote Heads.
He has lived and worked in most of Asia and Europe prior to the United States of America and he continues to carry the
same excitement for storytelling through camera movement as he had when he started in 2004.
Joel is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
